About me…
Hi, I’m Ben, and I am currently studying Journalism at UCF.
Interests:
There lies a fairly strong interest in me for politics, and I would say that I am a very politically motivated person. Alongside this lies dying the environment, and the state of our planet as a whole. I thoroughly enjoy visiting different countries and cultures, and hope to one day visit the Amazon rainforest, India, and Japan.
Astronomy and physics have long held my attention, and alongside my academic studies I enjoy reading and researching about the current theories trying to crack the ‘Theory of Everything’, such as String Theory and all that.
Outside of academia, music plays a huge part in my life. I play guitar in a hardcore punk band and we have achieved a lot over the past year. Supporting huge acts such as Gallows, Ghost of a Thousand, the Blackout and We Are The Ocean. My band Downtown Riots have managed to get airplay on Radio 1 and we are currently looking for an independent label to sign to so our music careers can advance.
